The Indo-German Orthopaedic Foundation (IGOF), co-founded by Padmashri Prof. Dr. P. V. A. Mohandas, seeks to promote friendship and collaboration between Indian and German orthopaedic surgeons. The foundation has, over the years, conducted several courses, symposia and seminars across India, on various subjects related to joint replacement surgery, spine surgery and trauma. To date, more than 28 courses have been conducted.
IGOF has also awarded fellowships to over 62 Indian surgeons who have honed their skills at leading orthopaedic centres in Germany.
Indo-British Health Initiative (IBHI)The Indo-British Health Initiative (IBHI), co-founded by Dr. Prithvi Mohandas, Joint Managing Director, MIOT International, works to promote scientific collaboration between healthcare personnel in the United Kingdom and India. It accomplishes this by encouraging innovation in medical technology, awarding fellowships, and enabling partnerships between members of the medical community in both countries.
IBHI, launched in December 2011, has conducted several symposia on a national and international level in key healthcare areas for both countries – Orthopaedics, Gastroenterology, Diabetes and, most recently, Oncology.
IBHI also awards scholarships and prizes to enterprising young people in healthcare to encourage training, innovation and transfer of knowledge.

According to the latest changes made to the course and admission structures by the education sector, a BSc Radiography and Imaging Technology graduate will not be deemed eligible for admission to the MSc Nuclear Medicine course in any medical institution. To be eligible for admission into MSc Nuclear Medicine, all candidates are required to have a Bachelor's degree in the same field of study, that is, a Bachelor's degree in BSc (Radiography and Imaging Technology). Additionally, candidates must have Physics and Chemistry (Non-medical Stream) or Chemistry and Zoology/Biotechnology as core subjects in their BSc (Hons.) Degree to be eligible for MSc Nuclear Medicine admission.
The admission eligibility criteria for any post-graduation subject is the same and requires a Bachelor's degree in the same field of study. For securing admission to MSc Nuclear Medicine, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria and the cutoff marks and percentage as prescribed by the institutions of preference. Prospectus and preliminary application form can be obtained from the College office upon payment of Rs 1000/- in person DD in favour of "MIOT Academy of Allied Health Sciences".

Admission is open to candidates from all parts of India, provided they meet the eligibility criteria. Candidates are admitted once in a year in June/July for Under Graduate Courses.
Call Letter
Once the eligibility criteria are met, call letters would be sent to the prospective candidates and they would be called for a written test. Candidates should bring the call letter along with them when they appear for the written examination.
Entrance Examination
Eligible candidates would appear for the written examination. This examination would be based on the 10+ 2 syllabuses of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. It would also have a section on English, Aptitude and General Knowledge. Selection will be purely on merit on the basis of entrance examination and personal interview.
Admission Letter
Admission letter will be issued to selected candidates on the date of entrance examination itself. Once selected, fee has to be paid within stipulated date failing which selection will be forfeited.
